It's a story about a girl who meets a dog and their adventures thereafter.

Montage Project

The intent is to find and take pictures of circular objects that I interact with or observed everyday in my apartment. I put them together to create a montage and show the similarities between them, besides their obvious shape. Some objects I use or look at, some I use to eat food out of or cook food in, and others use electricity to either light up my home or be used for work and games. The sock at the end represents the loop around to the beginning, with the other round objects that I use.

Project 1 - Initial Concept

My concept for the Montage Project is to use pictures of several circular or seemingly circular objects around my house. All of these objects are used or observed by me everyday in some way or another.

What is a Montage?

A montage is a sequence of pictures/shots that depicts a progress of time. An example from the film, Psycho, shows Marion Crane seemingly driving away from some unknown force. It takes her days in the plot, but minutes in film time to get to the Bates Motel where she eventually meets an untimely death. Another example is Disney's The Muppets, where Walter, Gary, Mary, and Kermit go around the country and across the Atlantic to find the rest of the Muppet gang in a montage.
